PLEASE NOTE:
You must complete and submit a separate application for each dog. You must send a current vaccination record from your veterinarian and the fee for each dog made payable to the Blair County Dog Park. All three items must be sent in the same envelope or your membership cannot be processed.
IMPORTANT: Once your documents have been received and processed you will receive an e-mail from our treasurer with the main gate key code.
